GENERAL INFORMATION

— You are purchasing only the digital file (.png), not the printed artwork.

— The original file (.psd) will not be sent under any circumstances, nor is the sale price negotiable.

— Commercial use or AI-generated use of my art of any kind is not permitted. Commissions are strictly for personal use.

— Once payment has been made, refunds will not be accepted.

— The total price for a custom order or drawing includes a PayPal processing fee.

— If I have other orders pending, it may take me some time to respond. The maximum wait time is 1–2 weeks or less. This timeframe does not include the time it takes to complete the order or commission.

— Once I’ve started working on your commission, I’ll provide you with a sketch to let you know it’s underway.

— Minor touch-ups will be completely free.

— The limit for changes per drawing is 3. An extra fee ($1 USD) will be charged for each modification or change.

— Please note that some colors in the character’s palette may appear slightly different due to the shading and lighting effects applied. This is done to better match my coloring style.

— As an artist, I reserve the right to sign all my work.

— Depending on the character’s complexity and the number of details, the original price may increase.

— I reserve the right to decline an order if I feel uncomfortable fulfilling it.

— Completed commissions will be posted on my social media accounts and websites. If for any reason you would prefer this not to happen, please let me know in advance.

— By placing an order for a commission, you automatically agree to my terms and conditions and are obligated to comply with them.

CLIENT PERMISSIONS

As the artist, I retain all rights to the illustration I’ve created.

—As a client, you are authorized to:

• Repost the commission on your social media accounts, provided you give me proper credit.

• Use the commission for personal purposes (print it for yourself, give it as a gift to a friend, etc.)

• Use it as an avatar or decoration on any of your social media platforms, provided it is for personal, non-commercial use.

—As a client, you are NOT authorized to:

• Modify the work under any circumstances.

• Trace the illustration.

• Use it for commercial purposes.

• Remove my signature.

• Claim the drawing as your own.

PAYMENTS

— Payment will be made via PayPal.

— Payment must be made in U.S. dollars (USD) only.

— I will not begin working on your order until I have received full payment.

— I will request payment myself to avoid any transaction errors.

— Do not send any payment in advance until I have accepted your order.

— Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued.
