to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the App
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the App for violating any of the prohibited uses.
Our App allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the App, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content to the App, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content within the App.
If you access the App via a mobile application, then we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the mobile application on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this mobile application license.

If the App is downloaded from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.
