The following terms and conditions govern all use of iLocator : Family Location mobile applications and services (Applications). The Applications are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, iLocator : Family Location Privacy Policy).
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Applications. By accessing or using the Applications, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or use the Applications. Acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.
If you create an iLocator : Family Location account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify iLocator : Family Location of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. iLocator : Family Location will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
By submitting Content to iLocator : Family Location for inclusion in the Applications, you grant iLocator : Family Location a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying to the person with whom you were paired, or from whom you were waiting to confirm pairing, at the time of submission. If you delete Content, iLocator : Family Location will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the database, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Content may not be made immediately unavailable.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, iLocator : Family Location has the right (though not the obligation) to, at iLocator : Family Location's sole discretion (i) refuse or remove any content that, in iLocator : Family Location's reasonable opinion, violates any iLocator : Family Location policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Applications to any individual or entity for any reason, at iLocator : Family Location's sole discretion. iLocator : Family Location will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.
Any comments or materials sent to Betasoft Mobile Developer, including without limitation feedback, such as questions, comments, suggestions or any related information regarding the Software, this website or any other products, programs or services of Betasoft Mobile Developer ("Feedback"), shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Betasoft Mobile Developer shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Feedback and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, exhibit, display, transform, create derivative works and distribute the Feedback to others without limitation and shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such Feedback for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing products incorporating such Feedback.
iLocator : Family Location has not reviewed, and cannot review, the Content submitted to the Applications, and cannot therefore be responsible for that Content's content, use or effects. By operating the Applications, iLocator : Family Location does not represent or imply that it endorses the material they posted, or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful or non-harmful. The Applications may contain content that is offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable, as well as content containing technical inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, and other errors. The Applications may also contain material that violates the privacy or publicity rights, or infringes the intellectual property and other proprietary rights of third parties, or the downloading, copying or use of which is subject to additional terms and conditions, stated or unstated. iLocator : Family Location disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from the use by users of the Applications, or from any downloading by those users of content there posted.
All content, information, photographs, illustrations, artwork and other graphic materials, and names, logos, and trademarks on the Mobile Application ("Service Content") are protected by copyright laws and/or other laws and/or international treaties, and belong to us and/or our suppliers, as the case may be. These works, logos, graphics, sounds, or images may not be copied, reproduced, retransmitted, distributed, disseminated, sold, published, broadcasted, or circulated whether in whole or in part, unless expressly permitted by us and/or our suppliers, as the case may be.
iLocator : Family Location reserves the right to display advertisements in the Applications.
You may access parts of the Services for free, and other services and products may require payment of subscription and/or other fees (“Paid Content"). Fees charged may be one-time payments or automatically renewing payments as described in more detail in the respective Services. By choosing to access and/or buying or subscribing to Paid Content, you authorize us to charge your credit card or other approved payment method for all the costs and charges that apply to such Paid Content. You are responsible for all applicable fees and charges incurred, including applicable taxes, and all subscriptions and purchases made by you or through you or by anyone that has used your Account(s).
Payment methods: We accept online payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards and other electronic payment methods, according to the regulations and standards of the payment authority. Please note that we may use a third-party payment processor to facilitate payments in the Services. If you make a purchase through a third-party application store, such as the Apple App Store, your purchase will be subject to such third party’s applicable payment policy.
Security of payment information: To access Paid Content of the Services, you must provide valid and accepted payment information. If the payment information provided by you is declined for payment of the Paid Content you are subscribed to, you must provide us with new valid payment information or your access to Paid Content may be suspended. You will get access to Paid Content as soon as the initial payment has been processed.
Fees and Prices: Fees and prices for our services and products will be clearly displayed before you make a transaction. We may adjust prices and service charges from this point on and notify you in advance of any changes.
Trial: When you subscribe for Paid Content, we may from time to time offer a trial period (“Trial Period”) without payment or at a reduced rate. This may vary depending on promotions, type of subscription and the term you select at the time of purchase. We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to determine your eligibility for a Trial Period and may cancel or change the Trial Period at any time without notice and liability within the limits permitted by applicable law. We may require you to provide your valid payment information to start the Trial Period. By providing this information, you agree that, unless you cancel your paid subscription prior to the end of the Trial Period, we may automatically begin charging you for such Paid Content you subscribed to on the first day after the end of the Trial Period on a monthly or other recurring basis notified to you, until you cancel your subscription to Paid Content (e.g. turn off automatic renewal from your account settings or via the Apple App Store). If you do not want to be charged, you must cancel your subscription to such Paid Content before the end of the Trial Period. If you cancel your subscription to Paid Content, your Account will only have access to those parts of our Services that you may access for free.

Coupons and Promotions: We may offer coupons and promotions for our services and products subject to specified terms and conditions. Please note that coupons and promotions may have conditions and restrictions on use.

Property Rights and Licenses: All intellectual property rights and licenses of the services and products in this application belong to us or their respective owners.
Policy changes: We reserve the right to change this payment policy at any time. These changes will be posted to the application and take effect from the date of publication.

Auto-renew: The app may offer auto-renew subscriptions for services or packages you've subscribed to. When this feature is enabled, your subscription will automatically be renewed at the end of a period of at least 24 hours, without requiring you to take any action. Account will automatically renew within 24 hours.
Terms and Conditions: Subscription auto-renewal may apply to specific terms and conditions you agreed to when you signed up for a service or service plan. Check the app's policy and terms to better understand how this feature works and the conditions that come with it.
Cancel auto-renew: If you'd like to cancel subscription auto-renew, you can do this by going into your account settings or contacting the app's customer support. Please note that canceling auto-renew may require prior renewal and is subject to application-specific rules.
Automatic payment: When the auto-renew subscription feature is activated, the system will automatically deduct money from the payment method you provided, to renew the subscription without you doing any more payment action.
Registered users have unlimited access to the app's services
Unregistered users can only use such services with certain restrictions.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that edition, if any.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by the Company. Company does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access a third party website from the Service, you do so at your own risk, and you understand that this Agreement and Company’s Privacy Policy do not apply to your use of such sites. You expressly relieve Company from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website, service, or content. Additionally, your dealings with or participation in promotions of advertisers found on the Service, including payment and delivery of goods, and any other terms (such as warranties) are solely between you and such advertisers. You agree that the Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any sort relating to your dealings with such advertisers.
The Applications are provided as is. iLocator : Family Location and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither iLocator : Family Location nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Applications will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Applications at your own discretion and risk.
In no event iLocator : Family Location, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to iLocator : Family Location under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. iLocator : Family Location shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Locator, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Applications, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
These Terms, their formation and interpretation are construed in accordance with and governed by law of the Viet Nam. As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms and conditions, including this provision, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the App must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
All claims between the parties related to this Agreement will be litigated individually, and the parties will not consolidate or seek class treatment for any claim unless previously agreed to in writing by the parties.
We reserve the right to update or modify our Terms and Conditions over time. Therefore, it is advisable to regularly review this page to stay informed about any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
