Welcome to CaloScan, a mobile application developed and operated by 52 Blue Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the subscription features of CaloScan.
By subscribing to any premium services within the CaloScan app, you agree to the following terms:
CaloScan offers auto-renewable subscription plans that grant access to premium features, including but not limited to:
AI-powered food scanning and nutritional analysis
Personalized meal suggestions
Advanced tracking of macro and micro nutrients
Custom meal planning and favorite meal saving
Your iTunes account will be charged at the time of confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the selected billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple ID account settings.
We may offer a free trial period for new users. If you subscribe before the trial period ends, you will forfeit any unused portion of the trial. Your account will be charged for the subscription at the end of the trial unless auto-renew is turned off.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled in your Apple ID settings. The renewal will be charged to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of the selected plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.
We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing or plans at any time. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance and will not take effect until the next billing period.
Your use of CaloScan, including the subscription services, is governed by our Privacy Policy and any other applicable legal agreements.
You agree not to misuse the app or its features and understand that access may be terminated in case of abuse, fraud, or violation of terms.
