Welcome to our app ("the app," "the service," "we," or "us")! If you subscribe to one of our paid services, you will have access to premium features and materials. Subscriptions automatically renew before the end of the current period unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Subscriptions cannot be transferred between different systems, and they are valid only on Android devices.
When using our app, you may upload, post, or otherwise contribute content to the service ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for any content you post, and you represent that you own or have the right to post or edit such User Content.
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either you or us. We may terminate or suspend access to our app or services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to if we believe you have violated these terms or created risk or legal exposure for us.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app or service. Our cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the total purchase price of the service you have purchased. If no purchase has been made, our cumulative liability will not exceed $100.
Unless otherwise stated, the app and services are provided on an "AS-IS" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We make no guarantees that the services will meet your requirements, be available without interruption, or be error-free.
Our app may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these websites or their policies. Links to such websites do not imply any endorsement by us. You assume all risk arising from your use of third-party websites or resources.

We reserve the right to revise and update this agreement at our discretion. We will notify you when the terms are updated, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to the new terms.
