Tenwell Privacy Policy
Tenwell does not collect or share any personal data.
Everything you enter your rental, deposit amount, dates, rooms, photos, repair log, deductions and notes is stored locally on your device. There is no account and no sign-up.
Your photos never leave your device. Tenwell does not upload them, back them up to any server, or transmit them anywhere.
No ads, no analytics, no third-party tracking, no advertising identifiers.
Tenwell makes no network requests at all. It does not look up your landlord, your address, or your rental, and it does not connect to any property management portal. The app is fully usable with no internet connection.
Tenwell does not request your location. The Find a pro screen hands a plain search term to your maps app; Tenwell never receives your location and does not rank, sponsor or take payment from any business.
Camera and photo library access are used only so you can photograph the condition of each room and attach photos you already took. They are used for nothing else.
Because your data lives only on your device, deleting the app deletes your data. Export your record as CSV from Settings to keep a copy elsewhere. Export is free and always will be.
The state deposit rules shown in the app are stored inside the app itself, not fetched from a service that could track you. Each one is dated and links to that state's own source so you can verify it.
