Short Bio

Vikash started his research journey at the institute in January 2023 as a Research Scholar with a focus on Building Energy His research particularly emphasizes the development of passive cooling strategies and effective retrofitting techniques aimed at reducing solar heat gain. His expertise includes proficiency in TRNSYS for conducting transient building energy simulations, SketchUp for 3D modelling and visualization tasks, Design Builder for building energy modelling and analysis, and conducting experiments to validate theoretical insights or assess practical applications in building energy efficiency. Vikash aims to investigate novel approaches that enhance building sustainability and energy efficiency.
