  Introduction

  Temp Contacts ("the App") is a temporary contacts management app that lets you save phone contacts with an automatic expiry timer. Your privacy is

   fundamental to how this app is built. This policy explains what data the App accesses and how it is handled.

  Data Collection and Storage

  Temp Contacts does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All data is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.

  The App stores the following information only on your device:

  - Contact details you manually enter: name, phone number, and optional notes

  - Expiry timer settings for each contact

  - Category labels you assign to contacts

  - Location data (optional): If you grant location permission and choose to save your location, the App records the GPS coordinates at the

  time you create a contact. This is stored locally and used solely to display where the contact was saved.

  - Activity log: Records of calls and messages initiated through the App, stored locally for your reference

  - App preferences: Onboarding status, theme settings, and similar preferences stored via on-device storage

  No Cloud, No Sync, No Tracking

  - The App does not use any cloud services, servers, or external databases

  - The App does not sync data to any account (Google, Apple, or otherwise)

  - The App does not include any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs

  - The App does not transmit any data over the internet

  Permissions

  The App may request the following device permissions:

  - Contacts: To save a temporary contact to your device's permanent contact list (only when you explicitly choose "Save to Phone")

  - Location: To optionally record where you saved a contact. You can disable this per contact. The location is never transmitted anywhere.

  - Notifications: To alert you when a contact is about to expire or has expired

  All permissions are optional and the App functions without them.

  Data Deletion

  - Contacts are automatically deleted when their expiry timer runs out

  - You can manually delete any contact at any time

  - Archived contacts can be permanently deleted from the Archive screen

  - Uninstalling the App removes all stored data from your device

  Third-Party Services

  Temp Contacts does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services. When you use the Call or Message buttons, the App opens your

  device's native phone or messaging app — no data passes through Temp Contacts' servers (there are none).

  Children's Privacy

  The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since no data is collected or transmitted, no age-specific data

  concerns apply.

  Changes to This Policy

  If this privacy policy is updated, changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
