This Privacy Policy describes how the “Telordino” application (“the App”) collects, uses, and shares information. The App is developed by SynthCodeLab as a professional B2B tool for restaurant order management. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

Information We Collect

Device Identifiers: Anonymous device ID (for multi-device sync on the local network). No emails, phone numbers, or personal passwords are required for basic access.

Device Name: A user-assigned device name (e.g., “Waiter 1”, “Bar”) to manage roles inside the restaurant.

Restaurant Operational Data: Menus, orders, table status, and order notes (business data, not end-customer personal data). Stored locally/on the restaurant server device.

Error/Performance Logs: May collect anonymous crash or performance data to improve stability.

Purchase Data (Premium): Google Play Billing may process purchase tokens/receipts for premium activation; billing data is handled by Google Play.

How We Use Information

Provide order management and real-time sync across devices on the local network.

Authenticate/authorize devices within the restaurant system.

Maintain and improve security and functionality.

We do not sell, trade, or rent user data to third parties for marketing.

Device Permissions

Storage (Read): To import restaurant menus from CSV files stored on the device.

Data Security

Local network communication uses WebSocket over the LAN; premium purchase flows rely on Google Play’s secure channel. Local/state files are stored on the device/server; access is limited to authorized devices configured by the restaurant admin.

Data Retention

Operational data is retained as needed to provide the service. The restaurant admin can delete/reset operational data from within the App.

Children’s Privacy

Not directed to persons under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy; changes are posted in-app or on this page.

Dati che raccogliamo

Identificatori del dispositivo: ID anonimo del dispositivo (per sincronizzazione multi-dispositivo sulla rete locale). Non richiediamo email, telefono o password personali per l’accesso base.

Nome del dispositivo: Nome assegnato dall’utente (es. “Cameriere 1”, “Bar”) per gestire i ruoli nel ristorante.

Dati operativi del ristorante: Menu, ordini, stato tavoli, note (dati aziendali, non dati personali dei clienti finali). Conservati localmente/sul server dispositivo del ristorante.

Log di errore/prestazioni: Possibile raccolta anonima di crash o problemi di performance per migliorare la stabilità.

Dati di acquisto (Premium): Google Play Billing può trattare token/scontrini di acquisto; i dati di billing sono gestiti da Google Play.

Come usiamo i dati

Fornire gestione comande e sincronizzazione in tempo reale tra dispositivi sulla rete locale.

Autenticare/autorizzare i dispositivi nel sistema del ristorante.

Mantenere e migliorare sicurezza e funzionalità.

Non vendiamo/scambiamo/affittiamo dati a terzi per marketing.

Sicurezza dei dati

Conservazione dei dati

I dati operativi sono conservati per il tempo necessario a fornire il servizio. L’amministratore può cancellare/resettare i dati dall’App.

Welche Daten wir sammeln

• Gerätekennungen: Anonyme Geräte-ID (für Mehrgeräte-Synchronisation im lokalen Netzwerk). Keine E-Mail, Telefonnummer oder persönlichen Passwörter für den Basiszugang.

• Gerätename: Vom Nutzer vergebener Gerätename (z. B. „Kellner 1“, „Bar“) zur Rollenverwaltung im Restaurant.

• Betriebsdaten des Restaurants: Speisekarten, Bestellungen, Tischstatus, Bestellnotizen (Geschäftsdaten, keine personenbezogenen Daten der Restaurantgäste). Lokal/auf dem Gerät bzw. Restaurant-Server gespeichert.

• Fehler-/Leistungsprotokolle: Ggf. anonyme Crash-/Performance-Daten zur Verbesserung der Stabilität.

• Kaufdaten (Premium): Google Play Billing kann Kaufbelege/Tokens verarbeiten; Abrechnungsdaten werden von Google Play verwaltet.

Wie wir die Daten verwenden

• Bereitstellung der Bestellverwaltung und Echtzeit-Synchronisation im lokalen Netzwerk.

• Authentifizierung/Autorisierung von Geräten im Restaurantsystem.
