List of things needed before you submit the application:
Contact email address.
First name, Last name, Affiliation.
Curriculum vitae (two pages maximum)
Cover letter summary (one page) of background and interests relevant to the workshop, including ideas for workshop projects
Which topic areas you would most likely join (RNIC, SYNC, NBI)
Two references (name, affiliation, email). The organizers prefer concise few-paragraph text-only reference letters to the usual letterhead PDF recommendation letters. Inform your references that they should sign their recommendations if they enter text only (the system does not identify them otherwise).

Accepted applicants must pay before May 15 registration costs of $2000 USD which covers 3 weeks of shared bedroom housing and workshop food (breakfast, occasional BBQs, and final banquet). Registration partially covers the workshop cost of the participation. Industry participants must pay full registration and their housing costs. Unless otherwise arranged with the organizers, we expect participants to stay for the entire duration of this three week workshop.
