If you want a dedicated headset with long talk time and a flexible ear hook, choose TELLUR VOX 95; if you need open-ear listening with a Game Mode for mobile gaming, choose MOMOHO Open Ear Earbuds.
For mobile gaming, MOMOHO has the clearer feature match; TELLUR is built more around calls, multipoint connections, and extended talk time.
• TELLUR VOX 95 strength: Up to 20 hours of continuous talk time, multipoint for two connected devices, and an adjustable hook for either ear. Trade-off: It is a single-ear headset designed primarily for calls, not a pair of open-ear gaming earbuds.
• MOMOHO strength: A clip-on open-ear design, 14 mm drivers, and a Game Mode intended to reduce audio delay and improve stereo positioning. Trade-off: Its open fit has no noise control, so surrounding sound remains part of the listening experience.
• Choose TELLUR VOX 95 if clear voice communication, long talk sessions, and juggling a phone with another device matter most.
• Choose MOMOHO if you want audio in both ears, awareness of your surroundings, and a dedicated mode for gaming.
The VOX 95 is a Bluetooth headset with a 360-degree adjustable ear hook, so it can be worn on the right or left ear. Its 11-gram weight and included silicone and plastic hooks, along with small and medium ear tips, give you a few fit options. That makes its design more practical for someone who wants a call-focused headset that stays attached to one ear rather than a pair of earbuds.
Its strongest case is communication. TELLUR lists up to 20 hours of continuous talk time, a two-hour charge time, Bluetooth 5.3, and a connection range of up to 15 meters. Multipoint lets it connect to two devices at once, such as a phone and a laptop. SVE voice processing is intended to improve the clarity of captured speech against background noise, though it is not a substitute for noise cancellation around the listener.

MOMOHO takes a different approach: these are clip-on earbuds that sit outside the ear canal. Their open-ear design is meant to leave you more aware of nearby sounds, while the clip-on fit is described as lightweight and compatible with glasses. The package includes a charging case, and the listed battery life is up to 10 hours per charge, with up to 40 hours total using the case. MOMOHO notes that its total-playtime figure is based on laboratory testing at 40% volume.
For gaming, Game Mode is the standout detail. MOMOHO says it is designed for lower latency, stereo positioning, and closer audio-video synchronization. Those features make these earbuds the more relevant pick for someone playing on a phone. Bluetooth 6.0 and dual-device pairing also suit people who move between a phone and laptop. The 14 mm dynamic drivers and a separate Music Mode are aimed at everyday listening as well as games.
The trade-off is the open fit. MOMOHO lists no noise control, so these earbuds are not meant to block surrounding sound. That can be useful outdoors, but it also means nearby noise may compete with game audio. I’d choose them for gaming, casual listening, or workouts where awareness matters; I’d look elsewhere if I wanted a sealed, isolating listening experience or a headset centered on extended talk time.
• Best fit for mobile gaming → MOMOHO. Game Mode is specifically described as supporting lower latency, stereo positioning, and audio-video sync.
• Best for extended calls → TELLUR VOX 95. Its listed talk time reaches 20 hours, and SVE processing is designed to improve captured voice clarity.
• Best for listening while staying aware of surroundings → MOMOHO. Its open-ear design does not seal the ear canal, and it has no listed noise control.
• Best for connecting a phone and a second device → Either. Both support pairing with two devices; TELLUR describes two connected devices, while MOMOHO highlights switching between phone and laptop.
• Best for a one-ear headset → TELLUR VOX 95. The adjustable hook fits the right or left ear, with multiple hook and tip options included.
• Best for longer total listening between charging opportunities → MOMOHO. It is listed for up to 40 hours with the case, though that figure depends on the stated 40% volume test condition.
• Best for a stated wireless range → TELLUR VOX 95. Its Bluetooth range is listed as up to 15 meters; the MOMOHO sheet does not specify a range.
• Best for a quick battery top-up → MOMOHO. Its fast-charge claim is two hours of playback from a 10-minute charge. TELLUR lists a two-hour charge time.
If you are searching for rechargeable in ear headphones for mobile gaming, note that neither product is a conventional pair of sealed in-ear gaming earbuds: TELLUR is a single-ear headset, while MOMOHO clips onto the outside of the ears. MOMOHO is the more direct gaming choice, but its open design is a meaningful compromise in noisy places.
My Verdict
I’d choose MOMOHO Open Ear Earbuds for mobile gaming because Game Mode directly addresses latency and stereo positioning, and the open-ear clip-on design suits someone who wants to remain aware of nearby sound.
I’d pick TELLUR VOX 95 instead if calls and long talk time matter more than two-ear gaming audio.
For my stated use, MOMOHO is the more purposeful match; its open fit is the compromise I’d accept.
MOMOHO is the more gaming-focused option because it includes a Game Mode described as supporting lower latency, stereo positioning, and audio-video sync. TELLUR’s listed strengths center on calls and hands-free use.
MOMOHO lists no noise control and uses an open-ear design, so it does not aim to isolate the listener from surrounding sound. TELLUR lists passive noise control and SVE processing for captured speech, but those features are not the same as full active noise cancellation.
TELLUR is the more call-oriented design, with up to 20 hours of talk time and voice processing intended to improve captured speech. MOMOHO also lists hands-free microphones, but its stated features place more emphasis on open-ear listening and gaming.
