78% of survey participants said they consider a brand's environmental and social impact when making purchasing decisions
Consumers across all age groups and income levels emphasized the importance of sustainability, with 87% of baby boomers and 94% of Gen Z respondents citing it as a key factor
Respondents said they are willing to pay more for products and services from brands that demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainability and social responsibility
Omnichannel Experiences:
72% of consumers expressed a preference for seamless omnichannel experiences that combine the convenience of digital channels with the personal touch of in-person interactions
Respondents highlighted the importance of features like buy online/pickup in-store, real-time inventory visibility, and the ability to easily transition between online and offline touchpoints
81% of participants said the availability of omnichannel options influences their brand loyalty and likelihood to recommend a company to others
