Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Teleprompter: Script & Record mobile application (the "Service") operated by Teleprompter Team ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Teleprompter: Script & Record is a mobile application designed to assist users in video recording, script management, and teleprompting. Free features are available to all users, while premium features require a subscription.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

- Subscription Plans: We offer Weekly ($5.99) and Yearly ($49.99) subscription options.

- Free Trial: The Yearly plan may include a 3-day free trial. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

- Billing: Payments are handled exclusively via Apple Media Services (App Store). Transactions are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

- Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

4. Refunds

All financial transactions, billing, and refund requests are handled entirely by Apple Inc. through the App Store. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Content and Privacy

- Your scripts and video recordings are stored locally on your device. 

- We do not access, store, or monitor your personal recordings or speech data. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
