We operate the Teleprompter: Script & Record mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

We value your privacy and believe in data minimization. We do not collect, store, scan, or share your personal data, video recordings, or textual scripts.

2. Types of Data Managed Locally

- Scripts: All scripts you create, edit, or manage within the app are stored exclusively on your local iOS device (or your personal iCloud backup if enabled by you). We have no access to your text data.

- Video and Audio Recordings: Any videos or audio tracks recorded using the camera and microphone features are saved directly to your local device storage or your Photos app. We do not host or upload your media to any third-party servers.

- Speech Recognition (Voice Scroll): If you use our voice-activated scrolling feature, speech recognition is handled locally on your device or via Apple’s native secure servers. No speech data is collected or stored by us.

3. Third-Party Services & Analytics

Our Service uses secure third-party platforms to manage functionality and purchases:

- Apple App Store: All subscription purchases, renewals, and payments are processed securely by Apple Inc. Apple may collect transaction data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

- RevenueCat: We may use RevenueCat to verify subscription status and manage premium feature access. This service processes anonymous transaction identifiers and does not collect your personal name, email, or content.

4. Data Security

Because your scripts and videos remain on your local device, the security of your data depends on your device's security settings (Passcode, Face ID, etc.). We recommend keeping your iOS system updated.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not knowingly collect or request personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal data globally, we fully comply with COPPA regulations.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
