This Privacy Policy explains how the TEGP LTM Tools Chrome extension (“TEGP LTM Tools,” “the Extension,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when an authorized user uses the Extension on supported pages of the Bangladesh e-GP portal at eprocure.gov.bd.
TEGP LTM Tools is an independent productivity tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official product of the Bangladesh e-GP portal or any government authority.
When a user activates or verifies a license, the Extension may send the following information over HTTPS to our Google Apps Script backend:
Full name;
Mobile number;
Address and district;
Optional device type;
Activation code;
A randomly generated installation identifier that does not use a hardware fingerprint;
Extension version;
Activation, verification, validity, and license-status timestamps or records; and
Technical status needed to prevent unauthorized activation or abuse.
This information is used only to activate the Extension, verify license validity, manage permitted installations, display validity information, provide administrator notices, prevent abuse, and provide support.
To provide autofill, BOQ, mapping, and workflow features, the Extension may process and store information locally in Chrome storage, including:
Tenderer or company names and addresses;
Personnel names, dates of birth, national identification numbers, telephone numbers, email addresses, qualifications, employment history, and experience;
Equipment information;
Source-of-financing and available-amount information;
BOQ values, quoted-price values, and related tender calculations;
Document names, mapping labels, and serial numbers;
Form values entered or selected by the user;
Selected profiles, panel position and size, theme, speed, and workflow settings; and
User-triggered multi-tab and automation state.
This locally stored tender data is used to provide the Extension’s user-facing features. It is not intentionally transmitted to our licensing backend.
The Extension reads and modifies supported content on eprocure.gov.bd, such as form fields, tables, buttons, document names, and the current supported page, only as needed to perform user-requested tender-assistance functions.
The Extension may identify, switch, reload, arrange, and synchronize open eprocure.gov.bd tabs when the user enables multi-tab features. It does not collect or build a general history of unrelated websites.
The Extension uses the user’s activation code and random installation identifier for license management.
The publishable version of TEGP LTM Tools does not intentionally collect, transmit, or store e-GP passwords, OTPs, CAPTCHA responses, authentication cookies, or session cookies. Users must never send such information to support.
We do not use user data for personalized advertising, retargeting, behavioral advertising, data brokerage, credit scoring, or lending decisions.
Provide supported LTM form-filling, BOQ, LESS -5, document-mapping, profile, and multi-tab workflow features;
Activate and verify licenses;
Enforce installation and validity limits;
Maintain security and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use;
Display license validity and administrator notices;
Diagnose extension errors and provide user-requested support; and
Maintain and improve the reliability of the Extension’s disclosed functionality.
The Extension uses Chrome local storage and related browser storage to retain profiles, settings, workflow state, activation state, and other information described in this Policy. Local information normally remains on the user’s device until the user clears the Extension’s data or uninstalls the Extension.
Users should protect their Chrome profile and device account. Other people with access to the same unlocked Chrome profile may be able to access locally stored extension data.
We do not sell user data.
We may process activation and license information through Google Apps Script and related Google infrastructure acting as a service provider. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the Extension against fraud or security threats, or as part of a lawful merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets with appropriate safeguards and consent where required.
When a user uses the Extension on eprocure.gov.bd, data entered into or submitted through that portal is transmitted directly to the portal as part of the user’s interaction with the portal and is governed by the portal’s own terms and privacy practices.
We do not allow human access to tender profile or portal content except when the user gives explicit consent for specific technical support, when necessary to investigate abuse or a security incident, when required by law, or when information is aggregated and anonymized for permitted internal operations.
Locally stored extension data remains on the user’s device until the user clears it or uninstalls the Extension.
Activation and license records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and administer the license, prevent abuse, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and provide support. A user may request correction or deletion of eligible backend records using the contact information below.
The Extension transmits backend information over HTTPS. We use reasonable administrative and technical controls designed to protect activation and license records. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Extension should never store or transmit e-GP passwords, OTPs, CAPTCHA responses, or session cookies. Users should keep portal credentials confidential and should not share them with the developer or support personnel.
Depending on applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible activation and license information. Users can remove locally stored extension data by clearing the Extension’s storage or uninstalling the Extension.

TEGP LTM Tools is designed for professional tender and procurement workflows and is not directed to children.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Extension’s functionality, legal requirements, or data practices change. The revised Policy will include a new effective date. Material changes will be disclosed in the Extension or through an appropriate notice before the new practices take effect where required.
The use of information received through Chrome extension permissions will comply with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information is used only to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Extension’s disclosed tender-assistance functionality. We do not sell user data, use it for personalized advertising, or use it for creditworthiness or lending purposes.
