   Teesaa Directory (“Teesaa,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides a shop listing and directory app that helps users discover salons, beauty services, and related local businesses, and enables shop owners to manage profiles, services, staff, and bookings. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.​

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, password or auth identifier. For shop owners, business name, category, description, address, service catalog, photos, hours, and contact details.​

• KYC/verification data (shop owners): GSTIN, PAN, and limited banking details required to verify business identity and enable settlement with the business where applicable; stored with security controls described below.​

• Booking and activity data: bookings created/updated, services viewed, categories searched, in‑app interactions, and device/app version information.​

• Location data (optional): approximate or precise location if you grant permission, used to show nearby shops and improve search relevance; can be disabled in device settings.​

• Diagnostic and analytics data: crash logs, performance metrics, and aggregated usage to improve reliability and features.​

3. How we use data

• Provide and improve the app: create and manage accounts, display shop listings, handle bookings, staff and service management, and personalize results.​

• Business verification and compliance: validate GSTIN/PAN and store required documents to prevent fraud and comply with applicable laws.​

• Communications: send service messages about bookings, account notices, and important policy updates; you may opt out of non‑essential marketing.​

• Safety and enforcement: prevent spam/fraud, investigate misuse, and meet legal obligations.​

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK where applicable)

• Contract performance (providing listings, bookings, account features).

• Legitimate interests (basic analytics, service protection).

• Consent (location, marketing communications).

• Legal obligation (record‑keeping, KYC).​

5. Sharing of data
   We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

• Shops and service providers you interact with (for example, when you request a booking, your name/contact may be shared with that shop).​

• Service partners (hosting, analytics, messaging, crash reporting) under contracts that restrict use to our instructions.​

• Authorities or third parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition with appropriate safeguards.​

6. Payments
   At this time, Teesaa Directory does not process in‑app payments through a third‑party mobile SDK; if payment or premium features are added in the future, this section and the Play Data safety disclosures will be updated before activation.​

7. Location controls
   Location is used only if granted to show nearby shops and improve search relevance; you can revoke location permission in device settings at any time, and the app remains usable with reduced location features.​

8. Data retention

• Account/shop data: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to support bookkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

• KYC and financial records: retained per statutory requirements and then securely deleted or anonymized.​

9. Data security
   We use safeguards such as encryption in transit (HTTPS), role‑based access, auditing, and least‑privilege controls to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continuously improve our protections.​

10. Children’s privacy
    The app is not directed to children under 18; we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If a parent believes a minor has provided data, contact us to request deletion.​

11. Your rights
    Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data and object to certain processing; you may also withdraw consent (for example, location or marketing) at any time.​

• Account deletion: you can request account deletion from within the app or by contacting us; associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized unless we must retain it by law.​

12. International transfers
    If data is processed outside your country, we implement safeguards such as contractual clauses and security measures consistent with applicable law to protect your information.​
