FREE, REMOTE, TECH HELP
Making Complicated Technology Simple
So, What is This?
Our various computers, phones, ipads can be confusing on a normal day, but the Coronavirus pandemic has increased our reliance on our computers and phones for communication. Unfortunately, using our electronics isn't simple; sometimes we need help.
For my high school community service requirement, I chose to dedicate my time over the summer to provide free, straightforward, over the phone technology help. While I can't fix a broken wire over the phone, there are many things I can help out with:
Difficulties with...
Zoom/Video Calls
Email
Texting/iMessage
Watching or accessing videos and photos
Sharing videos and photos
Playing music
Accessing TV programs
Accessing the internet
Accidentally deleted important files or photos
Printing
My homescreen looks different!

Who Am I?
Hi, I'm Zach Cohn. I'm a high school senior from New York City.
Aside from years of experience helping my mom and grandparents with computers, phones, etc, I've also worked with my synagogue helping community members answer technology-related questions.
I have a knack for working with people and technology and, in a time when everything we do must be through our various devices, I want to help make it easier for people to connect with their family and friends.
Looking forward to talking with you!
