THz 소재, 통신 및 전송 기술을 통한 초연결 기술
TEE Lab은 6G, 핵융합, 국방, 차세대 통신·센싱이 공통적으로 향하고 있는 mm-wave 및 THz 주파수 대역에서, 고출력 전자기파를 만들고(Source), 보내고(System), 활용하는(Application) 핵심 기술을 연구합니다. THz 자이로트론과 진행파관(TWT)을 중심으로 한 고출력 디바이스 설계, 극한 환경에서의 전송·모드변환 시스템, 그리고 물성 측정·플라즈마·센싱 응용을 아우릅니다. 최근에는 AI 기반 디바이스 설계 및 자동/최적화 기술을 적극 도입하여 차세대 mm-wave/THz 시스템 개발을 가속화하고 있습니다.
