PTE Exam Cancellation Fee

A candidate who chooses not to take the PTE Academic Test after booking the test online may request a full refund up to 14 days prior to her test date. Candidates who cancel within her 14 calendar days of her test date and up to her 7 calendar days before her test date will be refunded a portion of her 50% of the test fee paid. However, candidates will not be refunded if they cancel the exam at least 7 days before her exam date. PTE Change Fee

Candidates planning to reschedule the test in less than 14 calendar days must pay 50% of the test fee at least 7 calendar days before her test date.
