My name is Catherine Dean, and I am an elementary education major at NC State University with minors in ESL and Spanish. Upon graduation, I hope to teach K-2nd grade at a Title I school and also work with children learning English as a second language.

This website was created as a final project for a course I took the spring semester of my freshman year (2020), called "Instructional Technology for Educators". Most the written text in this website comes from the technology section of my blog. In this course, I was introduced to many technological tools that would be beneficial for teachers of any grade level to know about. This website serves as a portfolio of my work with technology but also as a platform for sharing helpful tips with other educators and future educators.I hope that everyone reading this site learns something new and interesting about classroom technology that shows the benefit of incorporating technology in schools!
