Technify has developed the Phone Tracker: Family Location app (package name: com.phonetracker.findfriends.trackingfamily), which is supported by advertising. This service is offered by Technify for free and is intended to be used as is.
BY USING THE PLATFORMS, YOU PROMISE US THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. If you do not agree, or are unable to make this promise, you must not use the Platforms. In such case, you must (a) delete your account using the functionality found in “Settings” in the App, or contact us and request deletion of your data; (b) cancel any subscriptions using the functionality provided by Google (if you are using Android); and (c) delete the App from your devices.
Your privacy and data security are extremely important to us. We are committed to the responsible management, protection, and use of your personal information.
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") serves to explain what information TECHNIFY TECHNOLOGY JSC and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "we", "us", or "our") collect, and how we use and protect your information when you use any mobile applications that we develop and are available for download in the Google Play Store or Apple Store.

I. What Information Do We Collect and Share?
1. Functional information processed directly:
User Name: The name you create in the app to identify yourself. Identifies you and other users when you consent to share your location.
Location: Your geographical position (latitude and longitude), which allows us to provide location-based features. We collect and share your location data (with mutual consent) to enable location sharing features.
Messaging Information:
Message Content: The text of the messages you send using the app.
Message Send Time: The timestamp indicating when messages are sent.
Data Storage and Usage:
We collect and share your information exclusively to support the core functionalities of the app. Your user name, location data, and messaging details are essential for delivering our services. This data is securely stored in our Firebase database, which adheres to privacy standards as outlined in Section VII of the Third-Party Partners' Privacy Policy.
Data Deletion Procedures
We respect and protect your data privacy. You have the option to delete your user data at any time by navigating to Settings -> Account -> Delete Data. This procedure ensures that you can manage your data and maintain control over your personal information.

This data may be shared with certified third-party statistical platforms, including Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Adjust, or AppsFlyer, as well as our self-built data statistics system (ECS). The information is solely used to enhance product experience and will not be sold to third parties or used for purposes other than improving the product experience and advertising performance.
iii. Monetization and Analytical Information from Other Sources
Third-party SDKs integrated into our app may access your information, with your consent, which may include:

Demographic data (e.g., IP address)
Data to combat fraud (e.g., click fraud in advertising)

Advertisers may store or read cookies
The information collected by these third-party SDKs is governed by the respective providers' privacy policies, which we do not control. These third parties include monetization partners like Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, Applovin, and Mintegral, along with analytical tools partners such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, and our self-built data statistics system (ECS). iv. Android Advertising ID
We use your Android advertising identifier to provide you with a customized advertising experience. It is used exclusively for advertising and analytics purposes. Please note that the advertising identifier does not contain sensitive user information that could identify you or your device and is not connected to personally identifiable information or persistent device identifiers (e.g., SSAID, MAC address, IMEI, etc.).
v. Other Information
We may collect the information you provide to us directly and voluntarily. This information includes but is not limited to: your email address, the content of your feedback (and the uploaded pictures), and the content of the questionnaire you answered.

To achieve this purpose, we also request our suppliers who process personal information on our behalf to take appropriate security measures.

III. What Information Do We Share?
As mentioned above, your personal information may be shared with our third-party partners. We may disclose your personal information to our business partners, including advertisers, publishers, and data tracking companies. These business partners may use your personal information to show you advertisements, measure your ad/site interaction, and better understand the site and app traffic usage or user behavior in order to improve their Application. Such partners' use of the information that we disclose to them will be governed by their privacy policies.

Depending on the context of your interactions with us, we may ask you to provide certain permissions in order to let our app perform properly. ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID: This permission is related to Google Ads functionality.
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS: This permission manages topics for Google Ads.
Background Services:
FOREGROUND_SERVICE: This permission allows the app to run in the background to send real-time tracking location data of the user.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION: This permission enables the app to update user location information in the background, allowing tracking even when the app is turned off.
App Mediation:
com.applovin.array.apphub.permission.BIND_APPHUB_SERVICE: This permission is used for AppLovin mediation services.
Network Access:
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: This permission checks the status of the Wi-Fi connection to load ads or send user location data to Firebase.
Notification Permissions:
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: This permission allows the app to display notifications to users.
Default App Permissions:
com.panda.phonetracker.dev.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION: This is a default permission required for the app's functionality.
com.google.android.finsky.permission.BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE: This permission is necessary for the app's default operations.
com.google.android.c2dm.permission.RECEIVE: This permission is required for receiving messages from Google Cloud Messaging.
com.huawei.appmarket.service.commondata.permission.GET_COMMON_DATA: This permission is used by AppsFlyer to collect information related to revenue.
V. Legal Basis of Your Personal Data
We process Personal Data for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, as described above. Our legal basis for processing personal data includes:

VI. Your Rights

When we receive an individual rights request from you, please make sure you are ready to verify your identity. Please be advised that there are limitations to your individual rights. We may limit your individual rights in the following ways:

To protect our rights and properties; and Where the request is frivolous or burdensome.
1. Right to withdraw consent
If we rely on consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. A withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of our processing or the processing of any third parties based on consent before your withdrawal.

If you request a copy of your personal information that we hold, we will provide you with a copy without undue delay and free of charge, except where we are permitted by law to charge a fee. We may limit your access if such access would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other individuals. We operate globally and provide our App to Users around the world.

Only you or your authorized agent may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for information twice within a 12-month period. A verifiable consumer request must: Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify your identity and make us confirm we collected personal information about you. Describe your request with sufficient details that allows us to understand and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request accurately if we cannot verify your identity.
4. How We Respond Your Request
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period by email ,telephone or other electronic means.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
5. Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Such discrimination include: denying you our services; charging you different prices or rates for our services; providing you a different level or quality of our services; suggesting that you may receive a different price or rate for services or a different level or quality of services.
XII. Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Any information that is collected is subject to the Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may, however, modify the Policy from time to time.
