All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings without ISSN. Each submission will be sent to be blind and peer reviewed by 2 or 3 reviewers. The reviewer evaluates the topic, content, academical contribution, integration, technical depth, and English expression of submitted papers. The revised paper should be reflected the each reviewer's comment, and only the accepted papers can be presented.
TechIn 2025 features a special publication model for authors to extend their conference works to high-quality journals after the workshop. Presented papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, presentation, and clarity of exposition. Distinguished high-quality and presented papers, with more than 70% extension and revision, will be recommended to one of the special journals (SCI(E), SSCI).
