FocusFlow is designed as an offline-first productivity application. The app does not use a backend server, cloud database, advertising network, or third-party analytics service.

However, to provide app features, FocusFlow may access and store certain information locally on your device only.

Emotional journal entries, reflections, and notes created by the user
Voice recordings created by the user for journaling or distraction capture
Scheduled notification data such as reminders and session timings
Widget data used to display focus session information on the home screen
Device-level app usage duration used for productivity insights
All of this data remains on your device and is not uploaded to external servers.

Audio recordings are:
Created only when the user chooses to record
Stored locally on the user’s device

Not used for advertising, analytics, or tracking
Users can delete voice recordings from within the app where available, or by clearing app data/uninstalling the app.

The app may request Usage Access permission to read device-level app usage duration.
This permission is used only to provide:
Productivity insights

Awareness of distracting app usage
Usage access data is processed locally on the device only. FocusFlow does not upload, sell, share, or track this data externally.
FocusFlow may request notification permission to send local reminders, focus session alerts, and productivity nudges.
Notifications are generated locally on the device. FocusFlow does not use notifications for advertising, marketing, or tracking.

FocusFlow does not use internet access to upload user-created content, track users, serve ads, or collect analytics data.
FocusFlow may use Google Fonts for app typography. When fonts are loaded, Google may receive basic technical request information such as device/browser details, IP address, and request time.
FocusFlow does not send journal entries, voice recordings, focus sessions, or app usage data to Google Fonts.
FocusFlow may use Google Play’s in-app review feature to request app ratings or reviews.
This feature is handled by Google Play services. FocusFlow does not collect, store, or control user review content submitted through Google Play.
FocusFlow does not sell, rent, trade, or share user data with advertisers, analytics providers, or third parties.
