I have always enjoyed playing badminton. I find it fun to play with friends and a great way to let out my stress. I would consider myself just a beginner because I learned to play badminton through playing with my friends, kind of just playing in a fun way, not through actual training or class. My primary goal for this CAS experience is to enhance my badminton skills and get better at it. To achieve this, I joined the school ASA badminton club, where I can get more guidance, practice, and tips. Also, I will enhance my collaboration skills. Additionally, when I have free time at home, I will practice what we learn in class and practice with my friends.

The first month into my CAS experience, I was enthusiastic and motivated. The first practice was a bit hard for me because we were practicing different kinds of serves, some of the serve was new to me, so I had a hard time adjusting and getting used to it. After that practice, I also practiced on my own at home, and I was able to get used to it. After the first month, I could see that I had improved in some skills. The coach was very nice and gave me a lot of advice and feedback to improve. Although I had some challenges at the beginning, I just kept practicing until I got used to it. Every practice, I always learned something new and got to play a lot of practice matches.

As I reach the midpoint of my CAS experience, I am happy that I have noticed a noticeable improvement in my badminton and the new skills I have learned. I was getting better with different kinds of serve. During the break and the weekend, my friend and I will go out and practice badminton together and have a friendly match. During the match, I can see that my badminton skills are improving. My confidence in badminton has grown, and I am more motivated to continue enhancing my skills.

As I finish my CAS experience in badminton, I can see that my badminton skills have improved significantly. I have learned a lot of new skills, and I get to practice different footwork so we can hit the shuttlecock more efficiently. Looking back on the entire experience, I am proud of how far I have come. At the end of this CAS experience, I have reached the goal that I set to enhance my badminton skills. I would definitely continue to practice and enhance my badminton skills.
