✅ Teams must develop a fully functional web project within the time limit.
✅ Only technologies mentioned above are allowed—use of external frameworks/tools must be approved.
✅ The project must be original and built from scratch during the competition.

2️⃣ Fair Play & Conduct

🚫 STRICTLY PROHIBITED 🚫

• Plagiarism or use of pre-written code from external sources.

• Outsourcing or seeking external help during the competition.

• Disruptive behavior or violation of event decorum.

🔴 Any violation will result in immediate disqualification.
