Delaine Ulmer is the Library Media Specialist at Folsom Elementary in Prosper ISD. She has been in education for seventeen years -- eight years as a classroom teacher in early elementary and nine years as a Library Media Specialist. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in Early Childhood from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University). She earned her Master's Degree in Library Science from the University of North Texas. She once had a job as a mermaid in an underwater show at Aquarina Springs in San Marcos, Texas.
