Background Location: This app collects location data to enable tracking from "Check-In" until "Check-Out," even when the app is closed or not in use. This is required for travel audits and expense verification.
Financial Information: Images of bill vouchers and expense details submitted by users.
Support Data: Information provided via "Service Tickets" or "Staff Support" requests.
2. Why We Collect This Data
App Functionality: To manage daily attendance and track field staff movements.
Audit & Compliance: To verify travel expenses and ensure staff are at assigned locations.
Account Management: To maintain secure login and user profiles.
Security: To prevent fraudulent attendance entries.
3. Data Storage and Retention
Non-Ephemeral Processing: Data is stored securely on our servers to provide historical reports and audit logs.
Location Retention: Background tracking automatically stops after a "Check-Out" or a maximum of 12 hours.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is only accessible by your employer or authorized administrators for official business purposes.
5. Background Location Disclosure
This app requires access to ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION to ensure accurate tracking during duty hours. Users are prompted with a prominent disclosure before this permission is requested. Tracking is active only between the "Check-In" and "Check-Out" status.
6. User Rights
Users can view their collected data within the "Phonebook" or "History" sections of the app. You may request data deletion through your organization's administrator.
