Team Vision
Team Vision
Our team aspires to compete to the best of our abilities in the state competition of the ROV division in the Subs in Schools competition. Our final goal is to compete in the Australian national Subs in Schools competition. However, we don't define our success in wins or medals. We strive to be the best we can be individually and as a team, helping and learning from one another and mentors. We aim to complete every obstacle with grace, determination and professionalism.

"I have the responsibility to coordinate and build the ROV. This is crucial to the team as the ROV needs to follow strict regulations and rules. I will be reaching out to mentors from organisations to help with the construction."

"I have the role of systems and design engineer, in my roles I work alongside Hattie to control the engineering and building of the ROV. I also have to ensure the electronic side of the ROV is working efficiently"

"In my role as marketing manager and co-finance manager I work with the team to promote our company and it's image. Promotion is a huge part of this role in order to find sponsors for financial aid and mentoring. As as finance manager I work with the team to ensure there enough funding to accomplish our aspirations"

"As the Portfolio Manager and team manager, I write updates on our weekly progress and put together the final portfolio. I am responsible for project management and the write-up of all the processes taken to produce our final outcome. My role as team manager is very similar to portfolio manager, it ensures everyone stays focused so our final products are ."
