At Teacup Greens, we take the environment and being sustainable very serious. We repurpose unwanted teacups and give them a second life while helping you improve your health with the microgreens we grow in them. We strive to reduce plastic usage, choose sustainable growing practices, use only organic seeds, and compost all our "waste" by feeding our worms - which turn our byproducts into black gold for the garden. When you choose microgreens from our urban farm, you're also choosing to support a business that cares about the wellbeing of people and the earth.
Locally grown microgreens pack a nutritional "punch" when added to soups, salads, shakes, or when eaten as a stand-alone snack. They can provide up to 40 times the nutrition of their full-grown counterparts. Microgreens are a quick crop and can be ready to harvest in days, meaning you don't have to wait a full growing season to enjoy the tastes of earthy beets, sweet basils, or spicy arugulas., to name a few.
