Teach Me In 3 is a presentation format where students have 3 minutes to present their findings from their Independent Study Project (ISP). The ISP is a three month project designed to challenge students to engage in science and data collection. At the end of three months, students submit a formal report and present their findings to their classmate in 3 minutes or less.
Teach me in 3 is based off a concept developed at the University of Queensland in Australia called Three Minute Thesis (3MT). The goal of 3MT is to have doctoral students present their thesis in three minutes. This concept has been adapted to fit the needs and skills of high school Honors Chemistry students.
