Design
Logos
Software
Text and graphics
is owned by or licensed to TCG Card Scanner and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
If the App offers paid features:
Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play
Subscription fees are billed according to platform policies
Refunds are handled by the respective app store
Subscription terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., analytics, pricing sources).
We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or availability.
Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding:
Accuracy of card data or prices
Continuous availability of the App
Error-free operation
