TC Folelli — Terms of Service

By accessing and using the TC Folelli app ("TC Folelli", bundle id fr.tcfolelli.app) and associated services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the app.

1. The Service

TC Folelli is the official mobile app of the TC Folelli tennis club, a physical club located in Penta-di-Casinca, Corsica, France. The app lets registered club members book real tennis, padel, and pickleball courts, pay for sessions or top up a prepaid credit balance, manage their club membership, and receive a digital access code to enter the physical courts. The app is reserved for club members and is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information (including for age-based court access rules) and use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and the club's house rules.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You create an account with an email address and password. Membership requests and registration information you submit are reviewed by the club before full access is granted.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile tab → "Delete account"). This is immediate: it cancels any upcoming bookings and removes your account and associated personal data from our servers, except where certain records (e.g. payment/accounting records) must be retained longer under applicable law.

3. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are for real-world services: the use of a physical tennis, padel, or pickleball court at the club, for a specific date and time slot. Tennis and pickleball bookings may be included in your membership; padel bookings are paid per session.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may also maintain a prepaid credit balance ("cagnotte") within the app, redeemable only for bookings at this club — these credits are not a digital good, a gift card for use outside the club, or refundable for cash except as described in the club's cancellation policy below.

Cancellations: Cancellation terms (including any fee) depend on how far in advance you cancel, per the club's cancellation policy shown in the app at the time of booking. If a booking is cancelled by the club due to weather conditions, a full refund is issued at no cost to you.

A confirmed booking generates a digital access code for the physical court, usable shortly before your reserved time slot.

4. Club Membership

Your ability to book certain sports (e.g. tennis) may depend on an active, club-approved membership. The club may review, approve, reject, or update your membership and tennis/pickleball access status at its discretion, and will notify you in-app of any change.

5. Account Suspension

The club may block an account that violates these terms or the club's house rules. A blocked account can sign in but cannot make new bookings. We will notify you in-app if your account is blocked or later reactivated.

6. Disclaimer

The app and its materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TC Folelli makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the app's availability, the accuracy of court availability shown, or uninterrupted access to physical courts (e.g. due to maintenance, weather, or club closures), and disclaims all other warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TC Folelli or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app or services — including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption — even if TC Folelli or a representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Links to External Websites

The app may contain links to external sites (e.g. the club's social media pages) that we have not reviewed and are not responsible for. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Use of linked websites is at your own risk.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continuing to use the app after a revision means you agree to be bound by the most current version of these Terms.
