TC Folelli — Privacy Policy

Introduction

TC Folelli ("TC Folelli", bundle id fr.tcfolelli.app) is the official mobile app of the TC Folelli tennis club, a physical club located in Penta-di-Casinca, Corsica, France. The app lets club members book real tennis, padel, and pickleball courts, manage their membership, and receive a digital access code to enter the courts. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it secure.

Data We Collect

We collect the following data, linked to your identity, solely to provide the app's functionality. We do not use any of your data for tracking across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell your personal data.

Account & Profile

- Email address and password — to create and sign in to your member account (handled via Supabase Auth).

- Name, phone number, and date of birth — to identify you as a club member and apply membership rules (e.g. age-based court access).

- Profile photo — optional, attached from your photo library to personalize your profile.

- Locale (French or English) — to show the app and notifications in your preferred language.

Booking & Membership

- Booking history — courts, dates, times, and payment/credit status, to manage your reservations and show your booking history.

- Membership status and credit balance ("cagnotte") — prepaid balance redeemable only for court bookings at this club, and your club membership state (active, pending review, blocked).

- Physical court access codes — generated per confirmed booking so you can enter the court without going through the front desk.

App Functionality

- Push notification token — to deliver booking confirmations, rejections, payment status, and club announcements to your device. Stored per device so you can be signed in on multiple devices.

- Payment data — processed by Stripe when you pay for a padel session or top up your credit balance. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles and stores payment card data under its own security standards.

Permissions We Request

- Photo Library — to attach a profile picture. We do not request camera access.

- Notifications — to deliver booking status updates, payment status, and club announcements.

You can refuse or revoke any permission in your device Settings. Doing so may limit the related feature (e.g. setting a profile picture, or receiving push notifications) without affecting your ability to use the rest of the app.

Authentication

You sign in with an email and password created directly in the app. We do not currently offer Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or any other third-party social login.

Payments

All payments in the app are for real-world services — booking a physical court and paying for or maintaining your club membership at TC Folelli. Credits/passes are prepaid balances redeemable only for physical court bookings at this club; they are not digital goods or in-app purchases. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Third-Party Services

We use the following service providers strictly to operate the app. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it except as needed to provide these services or where required by law:

- Supabase — database, authentication, and backend functions hosting all app data.

- Stripe — payment processing for court bookings and credit top-ups.

- Expo — push notification delivery (Expo Push Service, which relays to Apple's APNs and Google's FCM).

- Resend — optional transactional email (booking confirmations/rejections), only when configured by the club.

Data Retention & Security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide the services you request, and as required for the club's legal and accounting obligations (e.g. payment records). We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, theft, or unauthorized access, including row-level security on our database so that only you (and authorized club administrators) can access your data.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app: Profile tab → "Delete account". This is an immediate deletion (no grace period) that cancels any upcoming bookings and removes your account and associated personal data from our servers, except where we are required to retain certain records (e.g. payment/accounting records) for a longer period under applicable law.

Your Rights

You may decline to provide certain personal information, but doing so may limit your ability to use parts of the app (e.g. booking a court requires an account). Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data beyond the in-app deletion flow — contact us using the details below.

Children

TC Folelli is intended for club members capable of forming a binding membership agreement with the club. The app is not directed at children under the age the club's membership rules require.

External Links

The app contains links to the club's social media pages (Instagram, Facebook) and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date.
