Pedal is plugged into power, guitar is plugged into pedal. Connect to pedal then computer. I tried ignoring the driver install but I get an unconnected indication on the toneprint.exe file so nothing can load
Turn off computer, wait 90 seconds, turn on computer. Connect pedal to a single wall wart, then to the guitar, then to the amp. Plug the USB cable into the pedal, then into the computer. Turn the pedal on, and select toneprint on the pedal. Open up a toneprint exe file. Maybe try a different toneprint in case the one you are trying is corrupt.
