Howdy! I'm Ashley, a senior Mortgage Loan Officer passionate about helping people achieve home ownership.  

My approach is simple: educate, communicate and deliver results.

My journey into the mortgage industry started with my own experience trying to become a homeowner. My experience didn't go as planned. About 7 years ago I was excited and ready to buy my first home, a new construction home. Everything in the beginning was great. I was told I qualified for a USDA loan, which was perfect for me as a single mother at the time. But just a few weeks before closing, my lender stopped communicating with me and my realtor. When I found a new loan officer, I discovered that I didn't actually qualify for the USDA loan program, and the loan I did qualify for required much more money out of pocket than I had available. 

In the end, I didn't make it to the closing table, and I was heartbroken. That moment stuck with me.

That experience forced me to take a step back and reflect on my own readiness as a borrower. I realized I wasn't fully prepared. I hadn't saved enough for a plan B, and I didn't fully understand the process or explore other options. It was a tough lesson, but it became the foundation of my "why."

Today, as a loan officer, I focus on educating, transparency, and preparation, not pressure. I'm committed to taking the time to explain your loan options clearly, help clients plan ahead financially, and make sure they're truly ready before taking the next step. I want every borrower I work with to feel confident, informed, and supported throughout the entire process.

At Valley Lending, we're not just a one-size-fits all. I work with a team, and have access to a wide range of loan programs, allowing me to match each borrower with the right solution.

Outside of my career, I'm a wife and mother of three, so I understand how important it is to find a home that truly fits your family's needs and goals, not just for today but for the future.

I'm available 7 days a week for clients and Realtor partners, because opportunities to buy don't just happen Monday through Friday.
