* Delivery driver's location while using the app
* Store location when a merchant registers to determine the store location
* Customer location to determine the delivery address
- Photos and media: product images uploaded by merchants
- Device information and usage data to improve performance
- Authentication data from Google Sign-In: When users choose to sign in using Google Sign-In, we may receive basic profile information such as name, email address, and profile picture from Google to create and manage the user account.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected data to:
- Create and manage user accounts (Customer – Merchant – Delivery)
- Process orders and deliveries
- Display and manage locations on maps
- Improve user experience and app performance
- Send notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging
- We may use Firebase services provided by Google to send notifications and improve app performance
3. Location Data
We collect location data to:
- Track the delivery driver's location during app usage
- Determine the merchant and store location
- Determine the customer’s delivery address
- Display maps using Google Maps
Location data may be used only while the app is in use or when necessary to provide the service.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell user data.
We may share data only with:
- Third-party services such as Google Maps and Firebase
- When required by law

1. المعلومات التي نقوم بجمعها
قد نقوم بجمع البيانات التالية:
- المعلومات الشخصية: مثل الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف
- بيانات الموقع:
* موقع مندوب التوصيل عند استخدام التطبيق
* موقع التاجر عند تسجيل الحساب لتحديد موقع المتجر
* موقع العميل لتحديد عنوان التوصيل
- الصور والوسائط: صور المنتجات التي يقوم التاجر برفعها داخل التطبيق
- معلومات الجهاز وبيانات الاستخدام لتحسين الأداء
- بيانات تسجيل الدخول عبر Google Sign-In:
عند اختيار المستخدم تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Google، قد نقوم باستقبال معلومات أساسية مثل الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، وصورة الملف الشخصي من Google لإنشاء وإدارة الحساب داخل التطبيق.
2. كيفية استخدام المعلومات
نستخدم البيانات التي يتم جمعها من أجل:
- إنشاء وإدارة حسابات المستخدمين (عميل – تاجر – مندوب توصيل)
- تنفيذ عمليات الطلب والتوصيل
- تحديد المواقع وعرضها على الخريطة
- تحسين تجربة المستخدم داخل التطبيق
- إرسال الإشعارات باستخدام Firebase Cloud Messaging
- قد نستخدم خدمات Firebase المقدمة من Google لإرسال الإشعارات وتحسين أداء التطبيق
3. بيانات الموقع
نقوم بجمع بيانات الموقع من أجل:
- تتبع موقع مندوب التوصيل أثناء استخدام التطبيق
- تحديد موقع التاجر والمتجر
- تحديد عنوان التوصيل الخاص بالعميل
- عرض الخرائط باستخدام Google Maps
قد يتم استخدام الموقع أثناء تشغيل التطبيق فقط، أو عند الحاجة لتقديم الخدمة.
4. مشاركة البيانات
نحن لا نقوم ببيع بيانات المستخدمين.
