Due Dates for Filing GST Returns (in form GSTR-1/ GSTR-2/ GSTR-3/GSTR-6) for the months of July 2017 again extended :CBEC Notifications/Press Release on 09th September2017:
In line with the recommendations of the 21st Meeting of the GST Council (dt. 9 Sept. 2017), the CBEC has issued Notifications for extension of due dates for Filing of GST Returns in Form GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3 and GSTR-6 for the month of July 2017, as under:
July 2017 :
- GSTR 1 : 10 Oct. 2017*
- GSTR 2 : 31 Oct. 2017
- GSTR 3 : 10 Nov. 2017
- GSTR 6 : 13 Oct. 2017
*For registered persons with aggregate turnover of more than Rs. 100 crores, the due date shall be 3rd Oct. 2017
