Dec 5, '24: I completed my preliminary exam. I am now a PhD candidate!
Feb 8-9, '24: I visited the University of Florida for the UF TDA Conference and gave a talk.
Jan 3-6, '24: I attended the Joint Math Meetings in San Francisco, CA and gave a presentation titled "Poincaré duality for generalized persistence diagrams of (co)filtrations."
Aug 9, '23: I traveled to NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center to give a presentation as a final hurrah for my summer internship.
July '23: I participated in the third Women in Computational Topology workshop in Lausanne, Switzerland.
June '23: I attended Computational Geometry Week at UT Dallas. I gave a talk on Tuesday, June 13 during the workshop on Möbius Inversion and Reeb Spaces.
June 5, '23: I am starting a summer internship with NASA!
Jan '23: I attended the Joint Math Meetings in Boston, MA. On Thursday, January 5, two of my coauthors presented: Iryna Hartsock gave a talk on "Learning on Persistence Diagrams as Radon Measures" and Luis Scoccola gave a talk on "Geometrically independent circular coordinates via lattice reduction". Both talks were part of the special session associated to the MRC I participated in during the summer. Thank you, AMS, for sponsoring my trip!
Sept '22: I successfully defended my Master's thesis!
Aug '22: I attended the CBMS Conference on Topological Data Analysis and Persistence Theory at Valdosta State University.
June '22: I participated in the AMS Mathematics Research Community on Data Analysis at the Crossroads of Analysis, Geometry, and Topology.
March '22: I attended and gave a talk at the Workshop in Algebraic Combinatorics and Category Theory in Topological Data Analysis.
