1. Acknowledgment This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Tattoo AI: Design & Try On ("Application"), and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We are solely responsible for the Application and its content.
2. Scope of License We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application on any Apple or Android device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the usage rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service and Google Play Terms of Service.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription Terms: Some features of the Application (e.g., unlimited generation, premium styles) may require a subscription.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Account Settings after purchase.
4. User Content and Conduct
You agree not to use the Application to generate content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
We reserve the right to ban users who violate these terms.
5. No Warranty The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application.
