Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and profile picture.
Location Data: We collect precise location data (GPS) to facilitate accurate food delivery and display nearby kitchen services.
Media & Camera: We request access to your camera and gallery to allow you to upload profile pictures.
Transaction Data: Information related to your orders, including items purchased and payment success status (processed via Razorpay).
Device Data: IP address, device model, and OS version for app performance and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information We use the collected data to:
Process and deliver your food orders.
Send order status updates via Push Notifications (Firebase Messaging).
Provide customer support via WhatsApp or Phone.
Analyze app usage to improve our gourmet services (Firebase Analytics).
3. Third-Party Services We share data with trusted partners only when necessary:
Razorpay: To process secure payments. We do not store your credit card or bank details.
Google Maps API: To provide location and delivery tracking services.
Firebase (Google): For authentication, database management, and analytics.
WhatsApp: To facilitate direct communication for support.
4. Data Retention We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information from our active databases, except for data we are legally required to keep.
5. Account Deletion (User Rights) You have the right to access, update, or delete your information. You can delete your account permanently through the "Delete Account" option in the Profile Settings within the app.
6. Security We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
