These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tasteway mobile application ("the app", "we", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Description of Service
Tasteway is a food discovery application that helps travelers find must-try dishes in cities around the world. The app provides curated food guides, tasting tracking, and AI-powered recommendations.
Subscriptions
Tasteway offers an optional paid subscription ("Tasteway Pro") available as a monthly or annual plan. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's store settings. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the app before purchase.
Free and Premium Content
Some cities and features are available for free. Tasteway Pro unlocks access to all cities, AI-powered recommendations, and future content updates.
Intellectual Property
All content in the app, including dish descriptions, images, city guides, and design, is owned by Tasteway or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute app content without written permission.
AI Recommendations
The app uses AI to generate food recommendations based on your preferences. These recommendations are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, or suitability. Always verify dietary and allergen information directly with the restaurant.
User Conduct
You agree to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the app.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that restaurant information, prices, or availability are current or accurate. We are not responsible for your dining experience.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tasteway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
