Privacy Policy for Tasqly
Last updated: 12-07-2026
Tasqly ("the app") is designed to work entirely offline, on your own device. This policy explains what that means in practice.
Data collection
Tasqly does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data, usage data, or analytics of any kind. There are no servers involved in running the app — everything you enter (team members, tasks, projects, leave records, meeting notes) is stored locally on your device only, using your device's local storage.
Specifically, Tasqly does not:
- Require an account, login, or sign-up
- Connect to the internet to send or receive any data
- Use analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs
- Share any data with third parties, because none is ever transmitted anywhere
Exporting and sharing
Tasqly lets you export your data to an Excel file, or generate a plain-text email draft. These actions only happen when you explicitly choose to export or share — the app hands the file or text to your device's own share sheet or mail app, and you control where it goes from there. The app itself never sends this data anywhere on its own.
Permissions
The app may request local storage/file access solely to save the Excel file you export, before handing it to your device's share sheet. No other device permissions are used.
Data retention and deletion
Since all data lives only in the app's local storage on your device, uninstalling the app deletes all of it. There is no copy anywhere else to request deletion of.
Children's privacy
Tasqly is a general-purpose team task tracking tool not directed at children, and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
