Overview
TaskFlow is a local-first productivity app. Your tasks, categories, reminders, and settings are stored on your device using on-device storage. TaskFlow does not require an account and does not upload your task data to a server.
Data we store on your device
We store task titles, notes, checklists, due dates, priorities, categories, favorites, completion history, reminder times, and appearance preferences locally so they remain available offline and after you close the app.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, TaskFlow requests permission to show local notifications. These notifications are scheduled on your device and are not sent through a remote push service.
Permissions
TaskFlow only asks for notification permission when reminders are used. The app does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, or storage access beyond its own local data.
Sharing and reviews
The Share and Rate Us actions use your device’s system share sheet and store review prompt. TaskFlow does not collect analytics from those actions.
Children
TaskFlow is a general productivity tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
