TaskFlow respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how TaskFlow handles your information — and the short answer is: it doesn't collect any.
Overview
TaskFlow is an offline-first task and project management app that helps you organize your work into projects, manage daily tasks, set due dates, and track your progress through a simple dashboard.
TaskFlow works completely offline and does not require an account, sign-up, or internet connection to function.
Information We Collect
TaskFlow does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information with us or any third party. Specifically, we do not collect:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- Contact information
- Location data
- Device identifiers
- Analytics or usage statistics
- Advertising identifiers
Where Your Data Lives
All tasks, projects, due dates, and app settings (including your Light/Dark theme preference) are stored locally on your device only. Your data never leaves your phone unless you choose to back it up yourself using your device's own backup features. We have no access to this data at any time.
Internet Connection
TaskFlow does not require an internet connection for its core functionality and does not communicate with any external servers.
Permissions
TaskFlow only requests permissions that are strictly necessary for its core functionality (such as local storage for saving your tasks). No permission is ever used to collect or share personal information.
Data Deletion
If you clear the app's data or uninstall TaskFlow, all locally stored tasks, projects, and settings are permanently deleted from your device. Since we never had a copy, there is nothing left anywhere else.
Children's Privacy
TaskFlow does not knowingly collect personal information from children, as the app collects no personal information from any user.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated in future versions of the app. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
