This Privacy Policy describes how Mpourapps ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the TaskBase mobile application (the "App").
1. Information Collection and Storage
Local Storage Only
TaskBase is designed as a privacy-first, offline-capable application.

All data created or entered by you — including personal obligations, financial records, vehicle details, service books, and custom categories — is stored locally on your device using an encrypted SQLite database and SharedPreferences.
•
We do not collect, transmit, store, or share your personal or application data on external cloud servers or remote databases.
2. Permissions Used
TaskBase requests minimal system permissions solely to provide its core features:
•
Notifications Permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used strictly to schedule and display local on-device notifications for upcoming obligations, vehicle inspection/insurance expiry dates, and periodic summaries.

Storage / Document Access: Used only when you explicitly choose to export or import your data backups using the Android System File Picker (Storage Access Framework).
3. Data Backup and Export

When you use the Backup & Restore feature, the App generates a JSON file containing your local records.
•
You have total control over where this file is saved and stored. We do not have access to your backup files.
4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
TaskBase does not integrate third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising SDKs that harvest or sell personal data.
5. Children's Privacy
TaskBase does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. Since all data remains locally on the device, no personal data from any user is transmitted to us.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or updated on our official listing page.

Η παρούσα Πολιτική Απορρήτου περιγράφει τον τρόπο με τον οποίο η Mpourapps διαχειρίζεται τις πληροφορίες στην εφαρμογή TaskBase.
1. Συλλογή και Αποθήκευση Δεδομένων
Αποκλειστικά Τοπική Αποθήκευση
Η εφαρμογή TaskBase έχει σχεδιαστεί με γνώμονα την προστασία της ιδιωτικότητας.
•
Όλα τα δεδομένα που καταχωρείτε — όπως υποχρεώσεις, οικονομικές εγγραφές, στοιχεία οχημάτων, βιβλία service και προσαρμοσμένες κατηγορίες — αποθηκεύονται αποκλειστικά τοπικά στη συσκευή σας (Room Database / SharedPreferences).
•
Δεν συλλέγουμε, δεν μεταφέρουμε, δεν αποθηκεύουμε και δεν διαμοιραζόμαστε κανένα προσωπικό σας δεδομένο σε εξωτερικούς διακομιστές (servers).
2. Άδειες Συστήματος (Permissions)
Η εφαρμογή ζητά τις ελάχιστες απαραίτητες άδειες:

Ειδοποιήσεις (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Χρησιμοποιείται αποκλειστικά για την προβολή τοπικών υπενθυμίσεων στη συσκευή σας για επερχόμενες υποχρεώσεις και λήξεις οχημάτων.
•
Πρόσβαση σε Αρχεία (File Picker): Χρησιμοποιείται μόνο όταν επιλέγετε εσείς να κάνετε Εξαγωγή ή Εισαγωγή Backup των δεδομένων σας μέσω του επίσημου διαχειριστή αρχείων του Android.
