In recognition of the enormous contributions of many students to the Student Council programs, District 713 will recognize at least two outstanding graduating seniors with college scholarships of $500 each.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be a senior member of student council with minimum two consecutive years
Application should reflect only student council activities
Must enroll in summer or fall following graduation in an accredited institution
Individual councils may nominate no more than two applicants
📅 Deadline: April 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM
This scholarship supports advisors and students from Title I schools or those demonstrating financial need to attend Summer Leadership Workshops.
Requirements:
Applicants must be current advisor of their school's Student Council
School must be a Title I School or show financial need
Includes scholarship application with signatures, essay, and involvement chart
Advisor must commit to attending the leadership workshop with students
School must attend Spring Convention to receive scholarship
