State Report Forms
State report forms are turned into District 713 for verification. Please upload your state report form as ONE PDF file with no external links to this folder by Friday, February 21st at 11:59 PM. State report verificaiton will take place at the Spring Convention at Brazoswood High School.

T-Shirt Information
We are taking a Spring 25 Shirt Order. The design will stay the same. Orders are due February 1st using the form below. Shirts will be delivered to schools at Spring Convention.
Council Superlatives!
This year, District 713 will be implementing Student Council superlatives to promote council unity and encourage district-wide collaboration, allowing student leaders from various schools to recognize each other’s strengths, celebrate achievements, and strengthen connections across the district from council to council! Interested in Running for D713 Office?
We will be hosting a Running for the Board informational meeting on Monday, December 2 at 6 PM! Please use this link to RSVP for the meeting. Only ONE person from the council needs to fill out this form! Zoom links will be sent via email on Sunday, December 1.
Scholarships!
Kay Schaff D713 Senior Scholarship Application
In recognition of the enormous contributions of many students to the Student Council programs, District 713 of the Texas Association of Student Councils will recognize at least two outstanding graduating seniors, with college scholarships. The amount of each scholarship will be $500. Individual councils may nominate no more than two applicants. Student(s) submitting applications must meet the following criteria to be considered:
1. Must be a senior member of the student council, with a minimum of two consecutive years on the council.
2. Application should reflect only student council activities.
3. Must enroll in the summer or fall following graduation in an accredited institution of higher education.
4. Must fully complete the official application and submit it with required attachments no later than February 21, 2025 by THIS Google Form to the District Coordinator.
5. If transferred from another school, must have certification from both schools regarding student council
involvement.
James Beam Summer Leadership Workshop Scholarship Application
Application is due April 15th, 2024 at 5:00 PM
Applicants must be the current advisor of their school’s Student Council.
School must be a Title I School or show financial need for students or council.
Completed applications include:
Scholarship application including school principal and school advisor signatures. Read the application carefully.
Scholarship essay typed by one student. Read the question carefully.
Completed Involvement Chart
Advisor and/or principal recommendation letters typed on school letter head.
An advisor must commit to attending the leadership workshop with the students. Please read the financial commitment agreement on the application form.
The school must attend the Spring Convention to receive their scholarship. Advisors will be notified before the convention.
Advisor must register for a Summer Leadership Workshop and provide registration paperwork to the District 13 Coordinator Advisor in order to have fees paid in full. No fees will be paid without documentation and proof of registration and will be paid directly to TASC and not the applicant.
