Tarzly — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Tarzly, operated by Mahammad Abbasli and Irem Saniye Baran ("Tarzly", "we", "us"), governing your use of the Tarzly app and online services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Tarzly. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. License to use the Service

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Tarzly app for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

4. Your content

• You own your content. Photos of your wardrobe and yourself remain yours.

• You grant us a license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service (including AI styling and virtual try-on) as described in our Privacy Policy.

• You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to upload it.

• You must not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content, or images of other people without their consent.

5. AI-generated recommendations

Tarzly uses AI to suggest outfits and styling. These are automated suggestions provided "as is" for inspiration. We do not guarantee they will be accurate, suitable, or to your taste, and they do not constitute professional advice.

6. Price

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future. If we do, we will update these Terms and clearly present the price, billing, and cancellation terms before you are charged. You will never be charged without your express agreement.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.

• Upload malicious code, scrape data, or disrupt the Service.

• Misuse other users' or third parties' content or rights.

8. Our intellectual property

The Tarzly app, brand, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (for example, Supabase and Google Gemini). We are not responsible for their services, and their terms may also apply to you.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for gross negligence or statutory consumer rights).

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
