Welcome to Tarna Abdoul Hamid SILUE's website !

I am an economist specializing in personal and public finances in developing countries.

I hold a PhD at CERDI with the topic "Financial Inclusion and Tax Policies". I have served as Lecturer at Clermont Auvergne University since 2018.

I work on issues at the intersection of public finances, industrial economics and experimental economics. I'm interested in how the advent of digital financial services following the digital boom can affect traditional financial system and financial inclusion in urban and rural areas.
