”Build Up Your Future!”

Expected activities

Fiecare firma de exercițiu participantă va completa acordul de parteneriat si își va amenaja propriul stand și va participa la următoarele secțiuni ale Târgului Internațional al Firmelor de Exercițiu „Build Up Your Future!” în cadrul egida proiectului POCU/633/6/14/Creşterea participării la programe de învăţare la locul de muncă a elevilor şi ucenicilor :

  1. Secțiunea „Cea mai bună prezentare Power Point”

Fiecare firma de exercițiu participantă își va prezenta firma de exercitiu intr-un Power Point in limba romana si limba engleza, elevii se vor premia diferit pentru limba romana si limba engleza. La aceasta sectiune se accepta si participare on line. Prezentarile vor fi trimise pe formularul de inscriere

  1. Secțiunea „Cele mai multe tranzacții încheiate”

Fiecare firma de exercițiu participantă va fi premiata pe baza numarului de tranzactii comerciale incheiate in limba romana si limba engleza.

  1. Secțiunea „Cel mai reprezentativ stand”

Fiecare firma de exercițiu participantă va fi premiata pe baza următoarelor criterii:

- Organizarea standului,

- Designul de valorizare a standului,

- Originalitatea standului,

- Corelatia cu firma de exercitiu.

  1. Secțiunea „Cel mai bun catalog”

Fiecare firma de exercițiu participantă își va trimite catalogul firmei de exercitiu in limba romana si limba engleza, elevii se vor premia diferit pentru limba romana si limba engleza. La aceasta sectiune se accepta si participare on line.

  1. Secțiunea „Cea mai reprezentativă mascotă”

Fiecare firma de exercițiu participantă va fi premiata pe baza următoarelor criterii:

- Designul de valorizare a mascotei,

- Originalitatea mascotei,

- Corelatia cu firma de exercitiu.

  1. Secțiunea „Cel mai bun spot publicitar”

Fiecare firma de exercițiu participantă va fi premiata pe baza următoarelor criterii:

- Mesajul, voce, prezentare de valorizare a FE,

- Originalitatea mesajului,

- Corelatia cu firma de exercitiu.

Program de lucru


Acces în spaţiul expoziţional începând cu ora 08:00 pentru:

Preluare standuri şi documente pentru completat ( proces-verbal) ;

Amenajare stand; Predare cataloage, materiale promoționale la Stand INFO

9.00-9.30 - Deschidere festivă

9.30- 10.00 - Program artistic

10.00-12.00 - Susţinere prezentări FE în limba română și limba engleză (PPT – maxim 3 min)

12.00-13.00- Derulare tranzacţii – întocmire facturi şi ordine de plată

  • Evaluare expozanţi

  • Jurizare catalog profesional

  • Jurizare mascotă

Centralizare, raportare, predare documente

12:00-13:00 Sesiunea de comunicări pentru profesori și elevi

13.00-14.00 - Premiere

14.00 -14.30- Dezafectare standuri, predare standuri

Each participating exercise firm will complete the partnership agreement and set up its own stand and participate in the following sections of the International Fair of Exercise Firms "Build Up Your Future!" under the auspices of the project POCU/633/6/14/Increasing participation in workplace learning programs of students and apprentices:

1.The Best Power Point Presentation Section

Each participating practice firm will present its practice firm in a Power Point in Romanian and English, students will be awarded differently for Romanian and English. Online participation is also accepted in this section. Presentations will be sent on the registration form

2."Most completed transactions" section

Each participating firm will be awarded based on the number of commercial transactions concluded in Romanian and English.

3."The most representative stand" section

Each participating exercise firm will be awarded based on the following criteria:

- Organization of the stand,

- The valorization design of the stand,

- The originality of the stand,

- Correlation with the exercise firm.

4."Best Catalog" section

Each participating training company will send its training company's catalog in Romanian and English, students will be awarded differently for Romanian and English. Online participation is also accepted in this section.

5."Most Representative Mascot" Section

Each participating exercise firm will be awarded based on the following criteria:

- The mascot valorization design,

- The originality of the mascot,

- Correlation with the exercise firm.

6."Best Commercial" Section

Each participating exercise firm will be awarded based on the following criteria:

- The message, voice, FE valorization presentation,

- The originality of the message,

- Correlation with the exercise firm.

7."Best Website" Section

Each participating exercise firm will be awarded based on the following criteria

  • Elements of valorization of web page design-

  • Elements of originality of the web page

  • Elements of correlation with the exercise firm

8."Best slogan" section

Each participating exercise firm will be awarded based on the following criteria

  • Elements to enhance the slogan

  • Elements of originality of the slogan

9. "Best logo" section

Each participating exercise firm will be awarded based on the following criteria

  • Elements to enhance the design of the logo

10."Best manager" section

Each participating exercise firm will be awarded based on the following criteria

Access to the exhibition space starting at 08:00 for:

Picking up stands and documents for completion (minutes);

Stand arrangement; Delivery of catalogues, promotional materials at the INFO Stand

9.00-9.30 - Festive opening

9.30-10.00 - Artistic program

10.00-12.00 - Supporting FE presentations in Romanian and English (PPT – maximum 3 min)

12.00-13.00- Running transactions - drawing up invoices and payment orders

  • Exhibitor evaluation

  • Judging professional catalog

  • Mascot Judging

  • Centralization, reporting, handing over documents

12:00-13:00 Communication session for teachers and students
