I'm a third-year PhD student in Machine Learning at Georgia Tech working on natural language processing under the supervision of Prof. Wei Xu.
Research Interests:
My research interests generally lie at the intersection of machine learning and natural language processing. More specifically, I am interested in the following topics:
Cultural Biases and Fairness in Large Language Models (ACL 2024)
Multilingual Simplification & Readability Assessment (EMNLP 2024, ACL 2023)
User Privacy Protection on Social Media (ACL 2024)
Misinformation Detection on Social Media (EMNLP 2022)
In the past, I've worked on topics within wireless communications research including analysis of radiation levels in 5G networks (IEEE 5GWF'20), and design optimization of antenna structures (IEEE Access'22). I've also developed a segmentation-based algorithm for data clustering (CVPR 2022) and collaborated with engineers in the oil industry to develop models for geological well placement optimization (JPSE'23, US Patent'24).
